Here at Parakeet Beach Designs our customers are important to us and we want you to be happy with your purchase.
It’s important that you inspect your goods as soon as possible after they have been delivered.
Please select your purchases carefully, as we do not offer a refund simply for change of mind. We also do not offer a refund for incorrect sizing unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product listing. If you have received damaged or faulty goods, you must return it to us unused, or in the case of print on demand clothing (e.g., tee shirts), to the print facility shown on the return address, in its original condition (the condition in which it was sold) and original packaging no later than 14 business days from the day the item was received by you. Items returned must include a receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us and we will issue you with a full refund of the purchase price within 7 days of receiving the returned goods. Refunds are issued via the payment method that was used to purchase the goods.
Prior to returning the item, please contact us at returns@parakeetbeach.com and we will guide you through our simple returns process.
Wrong Address:
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the order fulfillment facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address from you.
Goods Damaged in Transit:
If an item is damaged in transit, you must contact us at returns@parakeetbeach.com within 3 days of receiving the damaged item. We will make arrangements to have the item returned to us or, in the case of print-on-demand merchandise, to the print facility shown on the return address and either send you a replacement or issue a refund.
Return of Faulty Goods:
If you have received a faulty item, please contact us at returns@parakeetbeach.com so that we can assist you. Time frames for refunds on faulty goods will vary from product to product.
Items that Cannot be Returned:
There are particular items that cannot be returned, such as perishables (food, flowers, or plants), personalized and personal care items. Please contact us if you have any queries about your purchased item.
Lost in Transit:
For packages proven to be lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
